Fast & Fair News, Shimla- 30, 2015:-- Shimla police is to monitor criminal activities and to make better contact with people going to do patrolling on bicycle. Police will do patrolling in City's Sealed Mall Road and Ridge Maidan police by bicycle. In addition, on Circular Road, to deal with traffic jams police will use bicycles.
These sophisticated bicycles in case of traffic jams so mild that they can be easily picked up.
Shimla SP DWS Negi said that they have provided six Bicycles to traffic police and four to the police control room on Mall Road. In the first phase in Mall Road and Ridge Maidan police personnel will start patrolling by bicycle.
