Punjab; Again harassment of a minor girl in Muktsar.

Chandigarh, May- 15, 2015:-- After a very shameless case of 13 year girl's harassment and thrown out of a bus, once again another harassment case with two teenage girls has been came in light in Muktsar district of punjab on this friday.

According to reports, two minor sisters from a village near Muktsar district were allegedly by the conductor of a bus that belongs to a company owned by Akali Dal leader Hardeep Singh alias ''Dimpy''.

The shameful incident took place on Tuesday afternoon when the two girls were travelling alone and were on their way back to their village after getting their Aadhaar cards made in Muktsar.
The conductor of the bus allegedly started misbehaving with them and made lewd comments soon after the bus had left Muktsar.

When the girls protested, they were de-boarded from the bus by the conductor.
What is even more shocking is that the local police has refused to file an FIR in connection with the case. The girls' father has alleged that the police has refused to register their complaint and take any action.

Speaking to Zee Media, the girls' father alleged that the cops told him to go to the media for justice when he approached them for help.

However, Muktsar SSP Kuldeep Singh Chahal has a different story to tell. He was quoted by media as saying "The family approached us this morning. We cannot file an FIR until the probe is over."
The SSP also reportedly said that the father did not approach the local SHO which led to the delay.
Importantly, Akali Dal leader Hardeep Singh Dhillon is the chairman of the Muktsar District Planning Board.

The latest incident has taken place nearly two weeks after the Moga incident, which ven echoed in Parliament and evoked a national outcry.
